Claims

1. A method for producing a monodisperse natamycin powder, comprising dissolving calcium chloride dihydrate in methanol in a reactor at a stirrer speed of 120 rpm for 30-40 min, adding natamycin, then stirring the reaction mixture for 25-45 min, adding activated carbon and stirring for 35-45 min, filtering the resulting reaction mixture, adding water to the resulting reaction mixture over 50-70 min and stirring at a speed of 110-125 rpm at a temperature of 20-25°C, filtering the precipitate, suspending the resulting natamycin precipitate in methanol at a stirrer speed of 120 rpm for 30-40 min at a temperature of 20-25°C until a suspension is obtained, filtering the resulting suspension, washing the suspension with ethyl alcohol, squeezing for 35-50 min, then drying on trays lined with lint-free cloth moistened with water in a vacuum drying oven at a temperature of 52-57°C for 90-130 minutes until a residual moisture content of 6-9% is reached,crushing and sifting on a vibrating sieve, 2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the filtration of the reaction mixture is carried out through a 150 µm bag filter.

3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that sifting on a vibrating screen is carried out through a sieve of size 0.8 mm.

The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that drying on trays in a vacuum drying oven is carried out in two stages, in the first stage until the residual moisture content of the sediment reaches 12-18%, in the second stage until the residual moisture content of the sediment reaches 6-9%.
