METHOD OF MONITORING A REMOTE USER TERMINAL IN A DISTRIBUTED COMPUTING SYSTEM "REMOTE DESKTOP MONITORING"

Claims

1. A program for monitoring a remote desktop, including client-side components, capable of being installed on employees' computers, capturing screens and sending data to the server, running in the background, a server-side component capable of receiving data from client machines, processing it and storing it on the server, and a web interface.

2. A program for monitoring a remote desktop according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the client-side component can be either explicit or hidden.

3. A program for monitoring a remote desktop according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the web interface component is available to administrators and managers who can monitor employee activity in real time, configure monitoring parameters, and analyze the collected data.

A program for monitoring a remote desktop according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the monitoring and analysis data includes information about programs and applications running on the user's computer, data about externally connected devices, clipboard data, tracking of open tabs on the Internet, network traffic analysis, monitoring of file handling, keylogger functions, performance and working time analysis, artificial intelligence and neural network modules for automatic processing of data from captured screens, and an analytics module based on the collected information.
