Abstract

Technology for assessing the efficiency of transfection of human cells with the gene therapy drug GT-DCN-AAV-DJ-01 and the level of expression of the DCN transgene in vitro during preclinical studies of the drug for the treatment of epidermolysis bullosa in the test sample by performing PCR using a forward primer having the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and a reverse primer having the sequence SEQ ID NO: 2.
