METHODOLOGY FOR IMPLEMENTATION, MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING OF GREEN TECHNOLOGIES FOR REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES "GREEN LINE" AND AN INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR ITS AUTOMATION

Claims

1. A method for promoting green technologies to meet environmental compliance obligations, including the following steps: form a list of green solutions and technologies for subsequent implementation; define project milestones for selected green technologies; green technology milestones are linked to project processes (activities); implement, monitor and analyze the implementation of green technology milestones.

2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a certified expert in green technologies is appointed.

3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that green solutions and technologies from the list for subsequent implementation are called green goals.

4. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the project milestones for the selected green technologies are called green milestones.

5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that when forming a list of green solutions and technologies, PEST analysis is used.

The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that in order to link green milestones to the processes (works) of the project, each green technology (goal) is divided into stages, each stage is divided into three phases, where the completion of the third stage of each stage corresponds to a green milestone.

7. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that at the first stage of each stage, the NSI is adopted.

8. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that at the second stage of each stage, green technology (goal) is implemented on the basis of NSI.

9. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that at the third stage the implementation of green technology (goals) is checked and accepted or rejected.

10. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the milestone is considered to be passed after the acceptance of the implementation of green technology at the third stage.

11. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the decisions taken, including the prerequisites and reasons, are analyzed using SWOT analysis.

12. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that for each green technology and milestone, a set of information is formed for each stage.

13. Information system for promoting green technologies to meet environmental standards and ensure green certification at the property.

14. The information system according to paragraph 13, characterized by the fact that information on each green stage and milestone of the project is loaded into it, information is sent to selected users, they interact with dialog boxes, write comments, and receive notifications.

15. The information system according to paragraph 13, characterized in that it tracks the progress of the implementation of green technologies of the project in three stages of each phase and milestone.

16. The information system according to paragraph 13, characterized by the fact that green technologies are linked to the life cycle of the project and subsequently transferred to the operational structure for the subsequent fulfillment of obligations under Federal Law No. 261-FZ of 23.11.2009 “On Energy Saving and Improving Energy Efficiency”.
