Claims
1. A method of computed tomographic combined antegrade phlebography of the lower extremities, ileofemoral segments, including catheterization of two lower extremities and any upper extremity with the introduction of a contrast agent into them, sequential execution of three scanning phases and the creation of a three-dimensional image of the venous bed.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the combined CTV is carried out simultaneously on two lower limbs, where the combined CTV includes indirect and direct CTV.
3. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-2, characterized in that the subcutaneous veins of the feet, preferably the subcutaneous veins of the dorsum of the feet, and the subcutaneous vein of the elbow, preferably the cubital vein, are catheterized.
4. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-3, characterized in that the administration of the contrast agent into the two lower limbs is carried out synchronously.
5. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-4, characterized in that the administration of the contrast agent into the two lower limbs is carried out after the start of the administration of the contrast agent into the upper limb, preferably the administration is carried out after approximately 95 seconds.
6. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-5, characterized in that the contrast agent is an iodine-containing contrast agent, wherein the iodine concentration is at least 350 mg / ml.
7. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-6, characterized in that the contrast agent for administration into the lower extremities is a mixture of a saline solution and a contrast agent in a ratio of 1.5:7.5, preferably 30 ml of contrast agent + 170 ml of saline solution.
8. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-7, characterized in that the rate of injection of the contrast agent into the subcutaneous vein of the elbow is 4.0 ml / sec and the rate of injection of the contrast agent into the subcutaneous veins of the lower extremities is 4.0 ml / sec.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-8, characterized in that the diameter of the intravenous catheters for the vein of the dorsum of the foot is at least 24G, and the diameter of the intravenous catheters for the vein of the elbow is at least 20G.
10. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-9, characterized in that each of the three scanning phases is processed by a reconstruction program of the computed tomography workstation.
11. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-10, characterized in that the first phase of scanning starts automatically upon reaching the threshold value at the level of the aortic bifurcation, in particular 160 HU, the second phase of scanning starts 70 seconds after reaching the threshold value, and the third phase of scanning starts 110 seconds after reaching the threshold value.
12. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-11, characterized in that in one of the scanning phases, CT angiography of the arteries of the lower extremities is performed.
13. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-12, characterized in that the condition of the internal organs and soft tissues is assessed in different phases of scanning.
14. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-13, characterized in that the three-dimensional image includes a bilateral image of the venous bed and the arterial bed.
15. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-14, characterized in that the method is carried out using a computed tomograph, the technical capabilities of which are 64 slices.
16. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-15, characterized in that the filling of the deep veins of the pelvis and lower extremities with contrast is 300HU-500HU and the filling of the vena cava with contrast is 200-300HU.
17. Use of the method according to any of paragraphs 1-16 for examining the ileofemoral segments on both sides.
