Claims
1. A method for transporting and storing biological samples, in which a liquid biological sample is applied to an adsorption element placed in a spin column, characterized in that the adsorption element is first impregnated with a solution of a chaotropic agent and dried, the spin column is placed in a zip-lock bag for transportation, sterile water or buffer is added to the column before analysis until the column is filled, the spin column is placed in a clean test tube for 3-5 minutes at room temperature, centrifuged, and then nucleic acids are isolated from the eluate on silicate columns.
2. The method for transporting biological samples according to paragraph 1, characterized in that guanidine thiocyanate is used as a chaotropic agent.
3. The method for transporting biological samples according to paragraph 1, characterized in that guanidine hydrochloride is used as a chaotropic agent.
4. The method for transporting biological samples according to paragraph 1, characterized in that cellulose and its derivatives are used as the adsorption element.
5. A method for transporting biological samples according to paragraph 1, characterized in that synthetic fibers are used as the adsorption element.
