Abstract

A method for producing metal-organic framework structures in a microfluidic device in a droplet mode, which is a flow-through microreactor, consisting in preliminary mixing of flows of metal salt solutions, for example, Y(NO3)3⋅6H2O with a molar concentration of 0.15 M, and organic molecules, for example, 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid with a molar concentration of 0.3 M, in a solution of water and ethanol with a volume ratio of 1:2, their subsequent feeding into the microreactor with a flow rate of each reagent in the range of 0.1-200 ml / h, ensuring the stoichiometric molar concentration of the reagents after mixing, obtaining droplets in a droplet generator by mixing the flow of reagents with a flow of a hydrophobic carrier - paraffin oil, the speed of which can vary in the range of 0.1-200 ml / h, which leads to the formation of droplets with a size of 30 to 500 μm, passing the resulting droplets through the flow region reaction for 0.5-90 minutes at room temperature,Afterwards, at the outlet of the microreactor, the mixture enters a PFTE tube with an internal diameter of 0.65 mm and a length of 10 m, immersed in an oil bath to heat the entire mixture to 80°C. Next, the mixture of paraffin oil and the resulting reaction products is separated by centrifugation, washed alternately with alcohol and distilled water, and then the resulting powder is dried at a temperature of 60°C in a vacuum drying oven for 6 hours.
