Claims
1. A control system for a plasma reactor for producing powder from a wire consumable material fed into a melting zone, comprising a series-connected controller for setting powder parameters, a regulator for the parameters of the resulting powder, a controller for controlling and generating the process parameters of the reactor, blocks of thermal and energy models of the reactor operation, connected to the outputs of sensors for voltage, arc current and enthalpy of the plasma flow, the outputs of the said blocks of models are connected to an intelligent identifier of the parameters of the powder being produced, the output of which is connected to the regulator of the parameters of the resulting powder.

The system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the intelligent identifier of the parameters of the produced powder is designed with the ability to restore the virtual size of the powder particles and its mass flow rate using models and readings from the arc voltage and current sensors, as well as the enthalpy of the plasma flow.
3. The system according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the intelligent identifier of the parameters of the powder being produced contains a neurocontroller trained according to empirical parameters and model experiments.
