Claims
1. A method for impregnating closed electrical machines with natural convection cooling with a compound, characterized by the elimination of air gaps between the turns of the coils and between the coil and the stator to improve heat transfer, thereby ensuring cooling of the machine, the filling of the air spaces is carried out with a cold impregnation compound, which ensures more efficient heat transfer, while the key parameters are the thermal conductivity coefficient of air (λ_в) and the thermal conductivity coefficient of the compound (λ_к), to achieve optimal heat transfer, the volume of the space filled with the compound (Vk) and the ratio λ_к / λ_в are maximized.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the cold impregnation compound used is of the ELKOM 3K-31X brand + filler - crushed mica or of the ELKOM 3K-31KHN brand + filler - quartz.
