Claims

1. A method for harmonizing the psycho-emotional state through the use of art therapy, characterized in that the harmonization of the psycho-emotional state is carried out through meditation and verbalization (description) by the client of feelings and thoughts that arose during the meditation, coloring mandalas printed on sheets of white paper, while the client is provided with a sheet with a stencil of the author's mandala ("Energy of the Family", "Mandala of Determination"), a set of tools for coloring, interpretation of the drawing by the client, verbalization of the experience gained while coloring the mandala, consolidation of the psycho-corrective effect by placing the colored mandala within sight and an additional consultation a week after the session.

2. The method for harmonizing the psycho-emotional state according to paragraph 1, characterized in that stencils (samples) of the author’s mandala “Energy of the Family”, “Mandala of Determination” are used for coloring.

The method for harmonizing the psycho-emotional state according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the paper for applying the drawing has a white background, the stencil of the mandalas “Energy of the Family” and “Mandala of Determination” is transferred to the paper in electronic form and printed on a printer.

The method for harmonizing the psycho-emotional state according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the set of tools for coloring the drawings includes brushes, paints, pencils, crayons, and the client independently selects the materials for work and colors for drawing based on the feelings and images that arise during the coloring process.
