A method of destroying a group of unmanned aerial vehicles, which consists of the following: at the control station (CS) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are detected, their current coordinates and characteristics are determined, and the UAVs are selected as targets; at the CS, the ranges to targets within line of sight are determined and, if they enter the zone of possible destruction, the barrel weapons (BW) are assigned to destroy these targets; at the assigned BW, the current angular positions of their barrels are determined; at the CS, the coordinates of the targets to be destroyed are predicted; at the CS, the current coordinates of the aiming points for the weapons (AW) within the assigned BW are determined, the current angular positions of the barrels of the assigned BW, necessary for the BW to hit the aiming points are determined and transmitted to the assigned BW; at the assigned BW, their barrels are brought to the required current angular positions; The control system generates commands to launch the unmanned aerial vehicle and transmits them to the designated ground vehicles, wherein the control system determines its current coordinates, speed, and angular position; the control system also tracks the unmanned aerial vehicle and determines its current speeds and angular positions; the designated ground vehicles transmit the current angular positions of the barrels to the control system; the control system also predicts the speeds and angular positions of targets to be destroyed; the external conditions sensors (ECS) determine the current wind speed and direction, air temperature, and atmospheric pressure and transmit them to the control system; the control system also calculates the trajectories of the unmanned aerial vehicle's movement to the targets, taking into account external conditions; as the targets are destroyed, the control system assigns ground vehicles to destroy the remaining targets in the line of sight that have entered the zone of possible destruction.
