Claims
1. An anti-corrosion coating for aluminum alloys based on an epoxy binder - cycloaliphatic epoxy resin Eponex 1510 with an epoxy equivalent of 215.7 g / eq and an amine-type hardener - polyetheramine Jeffamine T-403, characterized in that it contains zirconium oxide and titanium oxide as fillers (with a mass ratio of ZrO2: TiO2 = 1: 2), with the following ratio of the original components, parts by weight: polymer matrix: dicyclohexylolpropane diglycidyl ether 53,9-57,7 polypropylene oxide triamine 22,6-24,2 fillers: tetrabutoxytitanium 22,9-38,2 zirconyl hydroxide 3,5-5,9 2. A method for producing an anti-corrosion coating on the surface of an aluminum alloy, which includes dosing and mixing resin, hardener and fillers, characterized in that an amine hardener is first introduced into the epoxy oligomer, then zirconyl hydroxide is added to the epoxy-amine mixture, the mixture is thoroughly mixed, then titanium tetrabutoxide is dosed and introduced, it is again thoroughly mixed until the system is completely homogenized, air bubbles are removed by centrifugation, the liquid composition is applied to a clean, degreased surface of the aluminum alloy, ensuring a layer thickness of 10 μm, and cured at room temperature for 3 days and at 120°C for 6 hours without access to atmospheric oxygen.
