Claims
1. A method for opening an opening part of a motor vehicle, which includes detecting a person using a sensitive element of the opening part control system, authenticating him and opening the opening part by the control system, characterized in that the detection, authentication of the person and opening of the opening part are carried out when the person approaches the motor vehicle, wherein the moment of approach and authentication of the person are carried out by means of deciphering by the control system a received code message, which is preliminarily formed in its response part located in the person and emitted into the air.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a key fob is used as the counterpart of the control system.
3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the control system used is the central locking control system of the vehicle.
4. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the code message is generated by means of one part of the control buttons of the key fob.
5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that when forming a code message, the power of radiation into the air is reduced.
6. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that, if necessary, the code message is cancelled by means of another part of the key fob buttons.
7. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the code message is also cancelled when the key fob is installed in the ignition switch of the vehicle.
8. The method according to any of paragraphs 1, 6, characterized in that the cancellation of the code message when the key fob is installed in the ignition switch of the vehicle is carried out using the ignition control system.
