Claims
1. A method for storing food products, which includes placing a product in a package that can come into contact with its contact surface and exposing their surfaces to an electromagnetic field, characterized in that, before exposure to the electromagnetic field, at least the surface of the product and the contact surface of the packaging are pre-cooled to a temperature not exceeding the dew point of the environment in which the packaging is placed, opened, maintained with the product at a temperature above the dew point until condensation forms on the said surfaces, and the packaging is closed, wherein the exposure to the electromagnetic field is carried out at least until the condensation begins to evaporate from these surfaces.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that after exposure to an electromagnetic field, the packaging with the product is stored at a temperature not exceeding the dew point of the environment.
3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the frequency of the electromagnetic field is selected in the range from 0.9 to 2.5 GHz.
4. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that as the product is consumed, the volume of the packaging is reduced.
5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that contact with the contact surface of the packaging is carried out with a smaller part of the surface of the product.
6. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the heat content of the packaging must be sufficient to preserve the condensate film before exposure to the electromagnetic field.
7. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the packaging is sealed hermetically.
8. The method according to any of paragraphs 1, 2, characterized in that the relative humidity of the environment is maintained at no less than 55%.
9. The method according to any of paragraphs 1 and 7, characterized in that the packaging is made with a valve.
10. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1, 7 and 9, characterized in that part of the contact surface of the packaging is made in the form of needles.
