Abstract
A method for reducing insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which consists in the fact that 45 ml of blood is collected from the patient's cubital vein under sterile conditions, piracetam and magnesium sulfate are added to it, cooled to + 10 ° C, then the plasma cell fraction is isolated from it by centrifugation, a procedure is carried out to induce it by adding a 6% sterile aqueous solution of acetic acid until a pH of 5.4 is achieved, incubated for 7 minutes, then the contents of the test tube are irradiated with a green laser with a wavelength of 520-525 nm, after which the resulting suspension of induced plasma cells is divided into five parts and injected into the patient subcutaneously in the postnatal areas of the cranial, cardiac, trunk and sacral projection of the neural crest, as well as in the projection area of the pancreas, located on the anterior abdominal wall 5-10 cm above the navel, and 1 / 3е is located to the right of the midline of the spine and 2 / 3to the left of her.
