Claims
1. A method for producing a slab of artificial stone, which includes the following stages: pour the first layer (10) of the curable fluid mixture of the first material; a pattern of veins (30) of the curable fluid mixture of the second material is applied to the upper surface of the first layer (10) and / or into the pattern of grooves (40) formed in the first layer (10); apply vacuum and vibration to the curable flowable mixtures and cure the said curable flowable mixtures, ensuring their hardening to form an artificial stone slab; characterized in that the method further includes a step in which before applying vacuum and vibration and before curing, a second layer (20) of a curable flowable mixture of a third material is applied covering the upper surface of the first layer (10) and the vein pattern (30); wherein the third material is less fluid and / or denser than the second material, the third material includes granular particles and has a color different from the color of the second material, vibration causes the second material to rise through the second layer (20), a vein pattern (30) appears on the upper surface of the second layer (20); or the first material is more fluid and / or less dense than the second material, the first material includes granular particles and has a color different from the color of the second material, the vibration causes the second material to descend through the first layer (10), depositing a vein pattern (30) on the lower surface of the first layer (10).
2. The method according to paragraph 1, in which a second layer (20) made of a less fluid and / or denser third material than the second material has a thickness of less than 10 mm or less than 6 mm above the vein pattern (30) of the second material before vibration; or the first layer (10), made of a more fluid and / or less dense first material than the second material, has a thickness of less than 10 mm or less than 6 mm under the pattern of veins (30) of the second material before vibration.
3. The method according to paragraph 1 or 2, in which a second layer (20) made of a third material that is less fluid and / or denser than the second material, is equally or more fluid and / or equally or less dense than the first material, preventing the first material from rising through the second layer (20); or the first layer (10), made of a first material that is more fluid and / or less dense than the second material, is equally or less fluid and / or equally or more dense than the third material, preventing the third material from sinking through the first layer (10).
4. The method according to claims 1, 2 or 3, in which at least some of the grooves constituting the groove pattern (40) expand across the entire thickness of the first layer (10), reaching its lower surface, when the third material is less fluid and / or denser than the second material.
5. The method according to claim 4, in which the pattern of grooves (40) or a section thereof expanding across the entire thickness of the first layer (10) is defined by inserts (41) in the form of veins that hold the first material outside the pattern of grooves (40) or outside said section thereof, and the inserts (41) are removed before applying the second material, or said inserts are inserts with an open bottom that are introduced into the mold before pouring the first material, preventing the first material from getting into the pattern of grooves, and the second material is poured inside the inserts (41), and the inserts (41) are removed before pouring the second layer (20).
6. A method according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the grooves of the groove pattern (40) or a part thereof are engraved on the upper surface of the first layer (10) before the second material is applied.
7. The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second material comprises granular particles.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the granular particles of the second material are smaller than the granular particles of the first and / or second materials.
9. An artificial stone slab obtained according to the method described in any of the preceding paragraphs, wherein the artificial stone slab comprises a first layer (10) made of a first material, defining one main surface of the slab, or a second layer made of a third material, defining another main surface of the slab; a vein pattern (30) contained in said first layer (10) of a first material and exposed on a main surface of the slab defined by it, wherein said first material includes granular particles, or contained in a second layer (20) made of said third material and exposed on a main surface of the slab defined by it, wherein said third material includes granular particles, wherein the vein pattern (30) is made of a second material with a colour different from the colour of said first material or said second material in which the vein pattern (30) is contained; characterized in that the artificial stone slab additionally contains: a second layer (20) made of a third material, overlapping the first layer (10) and attached to its surface opposite the main surface with the exposed vein pattern (30), or a first layer (10) made of a first material, overlapping the second layer (20) and attached to its surface opposite the main surface with the exposed vein pattern (30); and the edges of the veins of the vein pattern (30) become increasingly uneven in the direction of the main surface of the slab where the vein pattern (30) is exposed, and said second material and said surrounding first or second material become increasingly mixed at said edges in the direction of the main surface of the slab where the vein pattern (30) is exposed.
10. A slab of artificial stone according to clause 9, in which the second layer (20), on the main surface of which the vein pattern (30) is exposed, has a thickness of less than 10 mm or less than 6 mm; or the first layer (10), on the main surface of which the vein pattern (30) is exposed, has a thickness of less than 10 mm or less than 6 mm.
11. A slab of artificial stone according to item 9 or 10, in which the second layer (20), on the main surface of which the vein pattern (30) is exposed, has a thickness that is from 15% to 35% of the total thickness of the artificial stone slab; the first layer (10), on the main surface of which the vein pattern (30) is exposed, has a thickness that is from 15% to 35% of the total thickness of the artificial stone slab.
12. An artificial stone slab according to any one of claims 9, 10 or 11, wherein the second material comprises granular particles.
13. An artificial stone slab according to claim 12, wherein the granular particles of the second material are smaller than the granular particles of the first and / or second materials.
