Claims

A soil-cultivating roller comprising a frame, a drum with openings rigidly fixed relative to the axis of rotation, and a hollow cylinder with openings coaxially mounted inside the drum, rigidly connected to the drum, wherein the openings in the hollow cylinder are made radially with the openings in the drum, characterized in that studs of the same length are radially mounted in the openings of the drum and the hollow cylinder, the inner ends of which are threaded and equipped with self-locking nuts, sealing elements are rigidly fixed to the outer ends of the studs, mounted parallel to the axis of the drum, elastic elements are mounted between the sealing elements and the drum on the studs, and openings of the same diameter, which is equal to the maximum size of a soil lump permitted by agrotechnical requirements, are made in a staggered pattern in the sealing elements,wherein the distance between adjacent compacting elements is the same and does not exceed the maximum size of a soil lump permitted by agricultural requirements.
