The method of claim 2, wherein the stabilization step is carried out continuously in a fixed bed reactor containing a feed of bio-oil with hydrogen in the presence of any of a catalyst based on Ni-Mo, Co-Mo, Ni-Cu, Mo, Pt, Pd, Ru or Ni, at a temperature of 20-240°C, a pressure of 50-150 barg, optionally a liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) of 0.1-2 h -1 , and a hydrogen to liquid oil ratio defined as a volumetric ratio of hydrogen to a liquid oil flow rate of 250-3000 NL / L, such as 500-2500 NL / L, thereby forming the said stabilized waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock.
4. The method according to claim 1, further comprising a pyrolysis step in a pyrolysis unit, which comprises feeding into the pyrolysis unit: a stream of solid feedstock containing at least 50% by weight of particles of waste tires, to obtain said feedstock of pyrolysis oil from waste tires.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the solid feedstock stream contains at least 60 wt.%, or at least 70 wt.%, or at least 80 wt.%, or at least 90 wt.% waste tire particles, and the pyrolysis oil from the waste tire feedstock contains 0.5-2 wt.% oxygen (O).
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein said raw material of vegetable oil and / or fatty material is a hydrotreated raw material of vegetable oil and / or fatty material, for example a hydrotreated raw material of vegetable oil and / or fatty material.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising feeding the vegetable oil feedstock and / or fatty material, prior to combining with the pyrolysis oil from the waste tire feedstock, to a hydrodeoxygenation or deoxygenation (HDO / DO) step in an HDO / DO reactor to produce hydrotreated vegetable oil feedstock and / or fatty material.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising feeding the waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock or the stabilized waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock before combining with the vegetable oil and / or fatty material or with the hydrotreated vegetable oil feedstock and / or fatty material to a hydrodeoxygenation or deoxygenation (HDO / DO) step in an HDO / DO reactor to produce the hydrotreated waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock or the hydrotreated stabilized waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein said HDO / DO step for waste pyrolysis oil feedstock or stabilized waste tire pyrolysis oil feedstock is carried out in the same HDO / DO reactor for carrying out the HDO / DO step of vegetable oil feedstock and / or fatty material.
10. The method according to any one of paragraphs 1-7 and 9, further comprising feeding said hydrocarbon feedstock to a subsequent HDO / DO stage, optionally in a subsequent HDO / DO reactor, to produce hydrotreated hydrocarbon feedstock.
11. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-7 and 9, further comprising feeding said hydrocarbon feedstock or said hydrotreated hydrocarbon feedstock to a subsequent hydrotreating step in a downstream hydrotreating section, such as a hydroisomerization step (HDI) in an HDI reactor, and / or a hydrocracking step (HCR) in an HCR reactor, and / or a hydrodearomatization step (HDA) in an HDA reactor to produce further hydrotreated hydrocarbon feedstock.
12. The method of claim 11, comprising feeding further hydrotreated hydrocarbon feedstock to a separation stage in a separation section to obtain a hydrocarbon product, wherein said hydrocarbon product is any of naphtha, diesel, jet fuel, marine fuel as heavy fraction, or combinations thereof.
13. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, 9 and 12, wherein the weight ratio (A:B) of the waste tyre pyrolysis oil feedstock (A) and the vegetable oil feedstock and / or fatty material (B) is in the range of 50:50 wt.% to 90:10 wt.%, such as 60:40, 70:30, 75:25, 80:20 or 85:15 wt.%, and optionally any of the HDO / DO steps is carried out continuously under the conditions of: 250-400°C, at a pressure of 50-150 bar, with a fixed bed catalyst, wherein the catalyst is NiMoS and / or MoS.
