Claims

1. The method of alerting over the networks of several mobile operators is carried out by using a vehicle in which radio-electronic devices for transmitting, receiving, converting and processing information and signals are located, characterized in that a base station is used with functionality limited to the transmission of alarm messages of the CMAS and / or ETWS type, while the emission of alarm messages is carried out by sequential emission through one alert channel for each of the selected operators and / or alerting occurs simultaneously through two or more emitting channels.
