Claims

1. A device for a hydraulic hammer hydraulic system comprising a two-rod working hydraulic cylinder, a torque converter consisting of a low-volume high-pressure hydraulic cylinder and a high-volume low-pressure hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic distributors, check valves, pressure gauges, an upper position sensor, a lower position sensor, hydraulic seals, an air filter, pressure limiters, a hydraulic accumulator, a control controller, characterized in that the device uses a torque converter made as a complete unit, consisting of a low-volume high-pressure hydraulic cylinder and a high-volume low-pressure hydraulic cylinder, located and independently moving on a common rod, relative to each other, having different working volumes with the same working strokes of the pistons, rigidly fixed on a common rod, simultaneously moving in both hydraulic cylinders,transforming the low volume flow rate of a high pressure hydraulic cylinder into a high volume flow rate of a low pressure hydraulic cylinder, 2. The device of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic hammer according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the control signal is sent from the controller to the hydraulic distributor, which ensures the operation of the working hydraulic cylinder in the passive stroke mode, which lifts the load and pumps the hydraulic accumulator at the beginning of the lift, at the moment of completion of the passive stroke of the working hydraulic cylinder, the control signal from the controller is sent to the hydraulic distributor of the working stroke of the working hydraulic cylinder, as a result of which in the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder of the torque converter and in the cavity of the working hydraulic cylinder, under the action of the low-volume flow rate of the high-pressure hydraulic cylinder of the torque converter, pressure is created by the total flow rate of the hydraulic fluid of the accumulator and the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic distributor is switched off with a delay, with subsequent supply of a control signal from the controller to the by-pass line hydraulic distributor, the working hydraulic cylinder performs a working stroke under the action of pressure and volumetric flow rate at the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid,coming from the cavity of the torque converter into the cavity of the working hydraulic cylinder, upon completion of the working stroke of the working hydraulic cylinder, the working stroke hydraulic distributor is switched off, the cycle either ends in manual mode, or the cycles are repeated in automatic mode, by signals coming from the controller.
