Claims

1. A construction composition intended for the production of environmentally friendly building blocks with increased strength, moisture resistance and thermal insulation properties, characterized in that it contains, in mass percent: zeolite – 15–45, perlite – 8–25, hydrated lime – 15–35, basalt fiber – 0.5–3, Water – within 20–40% of the dry component weight, depending on the required consistency for various molding methods. Specifically, 20–25% is sufficient for vibration pressing, while for extrusion (3D printing), up to 35–40%.

2. A construction composition according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it additionally contains diatomite in an amount of 3–15 wt.%, which helps to reduce the density and increase the thermal insulation properties of the resulting material.

3. A construction composition according to paragraph 1 or 2, characterized in that it additionally contains straw in an amount of 2–15% by weight, which provides an additional reduction in cost and improvement of sound insulation characteristics.

4. A building block obtained from a composition according to any of paragraphs 1–3, characterized in that it is manufactured by vibration pressing, extrusion or pouring molding followed by hardening at a temperature not exceeding 70°C without high-temperature heat treatment.

5. A method for manufacturing a building block, comprising the following stages: dosing the components of the composition according to any of paragraphs 1–3, mixing these components with water until a homogeneous mass is obtained, molding the specified mass using vibration pressing, extrusion or pouring molding, curing of the formed product at room or moderately elevated temperature, during which an aluminosilicate matrix is formed in the composition, providing strength and moisture resistance of the block without the introduction of cement binders.
