METHOD FOR REPAIRING A DEFECT IN A PRODUCT MADE OF POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIAL (OPTIONS)

Claims

1. A method for repairing a defect in a product made of a polymer composite material, which includes: laying the sacrificial material directly on the surface of the product and its area containing the surface defect, assembly of a vacuum bag over the sacrificial material and with a hermetically sealed connection to the surface of the product being repaired, vacuuming the vacuum bag and the surface defect of the product being repaired located under the sacrificial material, feeding the binder into the vacuum bag under the action of the vacuum obtained during vacuuming and impregnation and / or filling of the surface defect of the product being repaired located directly under the sacrificial material with the binder, curing of the binder that has filled the surface defect.

2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the sacrificial material used is a sacrificial fabric and / or a perforated separating film.

3. The method according to paragraph 1 or 2, characterized in that the removal of the vacuum bag and the sacrificial material from the surface of the product is carried out after partial or complete hardening of the binder.

4. The method according to any of paragraphs 1-3, characterized in that it includes mechanical processing of the product in the area of ​​the repaired section.

A method for repairing a defect in a product made of a polymer composite material, which includes: placing the sacrificial material directly on the surface of the product being repaired and the area containing the through defect on the first side of the product being repaired, assembly of the first vacuum bag over the sacrificial material and with a hermetically sealed connection to the surface of the product being repaired, placing the sacrificial material directly on the surface of the product being repaired and the area containing the through defect on the second side of the product being repaired, assembly of a second vacuum bag over the sacrificial material and with a hermetically sealed connection to the surface of the product being repaired, evacuation of both vacuum bags and the through defect located between the mentioned sacrificial materials to obtain a common rarefied region, feeding the binder into the first vacuum bag under the action of the vacuum existing in the common vacuum region and impregnating and / or filling the through defect located directly between the sacrificial materials with the binder with its partial exit into the second vacuum bag, curing of the binder that has filled the through defect.

6. The method according to paragraph 5, characterized in that the sacrificial material used is a sacrificial fabric and / or a perforated separating film.

7. The method according to paragraph 5 or 6, characterized in that the removal of the vacuum bag and the sacrificial material from the surface of the product is carried out after partial or complete hardening of the binder.
