Depending on the number of points scored or the presence of positive answers to certain questions, the following standard recommendations are possible: 1) the risk of decompensation is very high, emergency hospitalization is recommended; 2) the risk is high, an appointment with a cardiologist in the next 2-3 days is recommended; 3) the risk is moderately increased, it is recommended to independently increase the dose of diuretics by 1.5-2 times;4) low risk - patient management remains unchanged, the method is carried out by a nurse or paramedic and does not require the participation of a doctor.
