Claims

1. A method for the thermochemical treatment of wastewater sludge (WWS) consisting of water and organic and mineral components, comprising feeding WWS under supercritical pressure and temperature into a supercritical thermochemical reactor with gasification of the organic component of the WWS under supercritical conditions, followed by cooling of the processed products with the separation of gases from them and feeding the residue to the inlet of a sewage treatment plant (STP), characterized in that, in the supercritical zone, before cooling of the processed products, mineral components are separated from the said products and they are discharged into a storage tank for subsequent disposal.

2. A process complex for processing waste water according to the method of paragraph 1, including a high-pressure pump (1), a recuperative counter-current heat exchanger (2), a heater (7), a thermochemical reactor (8), a back pressure regulator (3) and a gas separator (4), characterized in that a normally open valve (9) and a self-cleaning filter of solid particles (5) are installed between the thermochemical reactor (8) and the heat exchanger (2), a normally closed valve (10) is installed between the valve (9) and the self-cleaning filter (5) with a pipeline line leading to a mineral component accumulator (12), from where excess gases and vapors are discharged through a filter (6) into a gas separator (4), and the solid phase accumulates for further disposal at the bottom of the solid particle accumulator (12), wherein self-cleaning of the filter (5) occurs with the simultaneous pulsed closing of the valve (9) and the opening of the valve (10).
