Claims
1. Method for obtaining feed vitamin B 12 in the form of biomass by cultivating methane-oxidizing bacteria in a mineral nutrient medium using a methane-air mixture, with methane as the sole carbon source and air as the source of oxygen supply, characterized in that it is used as a producer for the biosynthesis of vitamin B 12 Methylococcus capsulatus bacteria, strain VKPM B-13554, are used, and cultivation is carried out in continuous flow mode.
2. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that continuous flow cultivation is carried out at a flow rate of the mineral nutrient medium of 0.28 h -1 up to 0.30 h -1 maintaining the conditions necessary for cultivating Methylococcus capsulatus, strain VKPM B-13554, namely, a temperature of 40-45°C, pH 5.4-6.0, and a dissolved oxygen concentration in the culture fluid from 0.1 to 1.0 mg / l.
3. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the mineral nutrient medium contains macro- and microelements in the amount, in mg / l: Potassium 140 - 180 Calcium 30 - 40 Magnesium 25 - 40 Copper 3,0 - 3,5 Iron (II) 3,0 - 4,0 Manganese 1,3 - 2,3 Zinc 0,4 - 0,7 Cobalt (II) 0,1 - 0,5 Nickel 0,1 - 0,3 Molybdenum 0,02 - 0,20 Bor 0,5 - 1,0 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that during the process of continuous flow cultivation of Methylococcus capsulatus, strain VKPM B-13554, biosynthesis of vitamin B occurs. 12 at a rate of 0.40-0.54 mg / l⋅h.
5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biomass of Methylococcus capsulatus, strain VKPM B-13554, obtained as a result of continuous flow cultivation contains vitamin B 12 in the amount of 100-120 mg / kg.
6. Use of feed vitamin B 12 in the form of biomass according to paragraph 5 as part of complete feed and vitamin-mineral premixes for farm animals.
