Abstract
A method for controlling the force of fastening of a steel part manufactured by plastic deformation in it, which consists of giving it a shape different from the final one, which it takes after installation and applying a force of sufficient magnitude for reliable fastening by it during reverse plastic deformation in its parts or parts that bear the full force of fastening, and fixing, preferably visually or with a simple template of the final shape, to ensure that the installed parts of the same shape, size and degree of deformation have the same magnitude of fastening force, just as identical springs of identical pressure-reducing valves ensure the same threshold of their operation.
