A system for performing takeoff and landing of aircraft without landing gear, comprising a transport platform capable of being connected to the aircraft, disconnected from the aircraft during takeoff, and connected to the aircraft during landing, and tugs for transmitting power to the transport platform, located and moving simultaneously on both sides of the runway along special paths along the trajectory of the aircraft during takeoff and landing, transmitting power to the transport platform by means of a rigid beam during the aircraft's takeoff or landing, characterized in that part of the power is transmitted to the transport platform from an external source, which allows it to add power to the aircraft taking off, as well as quickly deliver the empty transport platform to the space directly under the aircraft during its landing on the transport platform, which functions as a landing gear.
