A method for treating colorectal anastomotic leakage during rectal resection with formation of an external colostomy of the transverse colon, characterized in that endovideorectoscopy is performed with rinsing the anastomotic zone with a 0.05% chlorhexidine solution in a volume of 3-5 ml with a Viumxidine solution in a volume of 5-10 ml under a pressure of 1-1.2 atm, then a double-lumen catheter with a diameter of 18 Fr or more with an obturating balloon is installed in the outflow loop of the colostomy, the balloon is inflated with a saline solution to 18-20 ml and a 0.05% chlorhexidine solution in a volume of 500 ml is introduced into the intestinal lumen for 7 days, then a gastroscope with a distal digger is inserted into the rectum, precision curettage of the fistula tract and the cavity of the pararectal leak is performed with a metal loop for polypectomy with a diameter of 4-5 mm followed by argon plasma obliteration of the fistula tract and the pararectal leakage cavity with power parameters of 10-15 W, at a gas flow of 0.5 m3 / min.
