Claims

1. A composite support element (100) designed to be used as a support material providing wear resistance during packaging, in particular for household appliances with a significant weight, comprising: at least one base (10) made of lignocellulosic material, at least one paper layer (20) covering the outer surface of said base (10).

2. A composite support element (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one base (10) is made of a lignocellulosic material, which is an MDF panel, chipboard, lath or plywood.

3. A composite support element (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one base (10) is an MDF panel.

4. The composite support element (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one paper layer (20) is kraft paper.

5. A composite support element (100) according to claim 1, characterized by at least one additional layer (30) located between the base (10) and the paper layer (20) or, when using multiple paper layers (20), between these paper layers (20) or outside the paper layer (20) so as to cover the entire surface.

6. A composite support element (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that said additional layer (30) is made of at least one metal sheet material with a surface thickness of 0.1 mm or more or is made of a polymer material that is at least one of PVC, PET, PP with a surface thickness of 0.1 mm or more.

7. The composite support element (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that said paper layer (20), which is kraft paper, provides the technical criteria of 100 g / m 2 .

8. The composite support element (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said base (10) is made from cellulose or lignocellulose raw materials using adhesives based on urea formaldehyde (UF), melamine formaldehyde (MF), melamine urea formaldehyde (MUF), phenol formaldehyde (FF), PMDI (polymer methylene diphenyl diisocyanate), paraffin and an adhesive hardener.
