Abstract

Wound dressings in the form of powders, gels, permeable films or textile materials, intended for the treatment of wounds of various etiologies at all stages of their healing when used in hospital, home and field conditions, characterized in that the material of the wound dressing or one of the components of such material is at least one representative of the class of synthetic polymers with a conjugated chain structure (CCS): polyaniline PANI or polypyrrole PPy; the coatings have a simple composition and are obtained by a one-stage chemical synthesis method; The coatings can be used in the absence of other wound-healing agents and without additional filling with any medicinal preparations: antiseptics, antibiotics, antioxidants, etc.
