Claims

A method for diagnosing refractive errors of the eye after implantation of an IOL of complex optical design, consisting of performing pyramidal sensory aberrometry using a Schwind Peramis device with the "Top-aberrometry" protocol in a darkened room, characterized in that the values of the maximum diameter of the natural pupil are selected in the device settings, after which the generated graphical display of refractive errors for the entire eye is evaluated, after which the actual zone for distance is determined on the refractive topographic map of the eye, in the Keratoscopy retroillumination mode the location of the zone for distance is established in relation to the visual axis, and a dynamic assessment of the refractive error in the actual zone for distance is carried out using a joystick.
