Claims

1. A metabiotic composition for the treatment and prevention of digestive system disorders and metabolic diseases by restoring the composition of microflora and microbial digestion, which contains biologically active substances, including at least a complex of Bacillus subtilis metabolites, prebiotics and a complex of plant and microorganism enzymes, wherein the ratio of biologically active substances, wt.%: fructooligosaccharides 48,6-55,5 a complex of microbial and plant enzymes 44,4-51,3 Bacillus subtilis metabolite complex 0,1-7,0 2. The metabiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the complex of Bacillus subtilis metabolites is substances contained in the culture fluid, or a mixture of substances contained in the culture fluid of vegetative cells and spores of the probiotic strain Bacillus subtilis.

3. The metabiotic composition according to claim 2, characterized in that the culture liquid has a moisture content of no more than 6 wt.%.

4. The metabiotic composition according to claim 2, characterized in that the vegetative cells and spores of the probiotic strain Bacillus subtilis are used in a non-living state.

5. The metabiotic composition according to claim 4, characterized in that the vegetative cells and spores of the probiotic strain Bacillus subtilis have a moisture content of no more than 6 wt.%.

6. The metabiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that Bacillus subtilis VKM B-3908D (SA49) is used as the probiotic strain of Bacillus subtilis.

7. A metabiotic composition according to claim 1, characterized in that a mixture of enzymes is used as a complex of microbial and plant enzymes, in the following composition, wt.%: Glycosidases (EC 3.2.1) 15-35 Peptidases (EC 3.4) 5-15 Carboxylic ester hydrolases (EC 3.1.1) 5-15 Filler 35-75 8. A method for producing a composition according to paragraph 1, comprising the following steps: a) Bacillus subtilis is grown in a liquid nutrient medium; b) centrifuge the culture suspension in a flow centrifuge to obtain the elements of Bacillus subtilis production: culture fluid and sediment, including vegetative cells and spores of Bacillus subtilis; c) inactivate vegetative cells and spores of Bacillus subtilis; d) a complex of Bacillus subtilis metabolites is obtained by drying the elements of Bacillus subtilis products on a maltodextrin carrier or by preparing a mixture of the elements of Bacillus subtilis products before or after drying them on a maltodextrin carrier; d) mix a complex of Bacillus subtilis metabolites with a complex of microbial and plant enzymes; e) fructooligosaccharides are added to the mixture of a complex of microbial and plant enzymes and a complex of Bacillus subtilis metabolites.

9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the cultivation of Bacillus subtilis is carried out using the submerged method.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the cultivation is carried out in a fermenter with a filling factor of 60-70%.

11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the cultivation is carried out at a temperature of 36-38°C.
