Claims
1. A device for the structural-chemical cooling of a fire-extinguishing aerosol flow, characterized by the fact that it is a channel or channels having a circle, ellipse or rectangle in cross-section and made inside a chemical cooler or other suitable material, distinguished in that the channel (channels) have smooth turns and a diameter (cross-sectional area) that allows unburned (unreacted) particles to be carried out, excluding their sticking inside the channel in order to avoid a decrease in the effectiveness of the fire-extinguishing aerosol with the maximum possible use of the required potential of the chemical cooler (heat absorber).
2. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the channel or channels are in the form of a spiral, circle, parabola, arc, sinusoid, wave, gear and other similar geometric symmetrical and asymmetrical figures, taking into account the smoothness of the lines in order to avoid significant overheating of the sections blocking (turning) the outgoing flow and the adhesion of reacted and unreacted particles to shaded areas (depressions, pockets).
3. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the channel in cross-section is represented by any geometric figure other than a circle, ellipse or rectangle, for example, an oval, triangle, rhombus, polygon.
4. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it is a set of channels, wherein the channels can be located in different planes, coaxially, non-coaxially, mirrored, or made in the form of separate component parts.
5. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the channels are created using any inert coolant or heat-intensive material, including marble, fireclay, cement, concrete, ceramics, various polymers (for example, geopolymers), gypsum, metal, any heat-insulating material, mixtures and compositions of the listed materials and components.
6. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it contains a hollow expansion chamber at any point in the channel, and the chamber or channel can additionally be equipped with a mesh or bulk cooler.
7. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it contains structural elements that lighten its weight, for example cavities, recesses, depressions, including for coaxial connection or connection at a given angle.
8. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that various sensors are integrated into it, including, but not limited to: address marks, sensors, thermal relays, thermal fuses, etc., wherein the integrated devices can be placed directly in the material in which the channel passes, in such a way as to exclude the direct impact of flame combustion and regulate the response inertia (sensitivity).
9. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it is a housing of a fire-extinguishing aerosol generator, wherein at the outlet of the channel or directly of the fire-extinguishing aerosol generator, additional cooling can be installed in the form of an ejector, a mesh or layers of mesh, a coaxial pipe, etc., which will contribute to even greater cooling of the flow of fire-extinguishing aerosol.
10. The device according to paragraph 1, in which the smooth lines are replaced by lines (zigzags) located at any (acute, right, obtuse) angles or a combination of them, including when combined with smooth lines in any place of the channel (channels).
11. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it additionally contains an expansion channel combustion chamber in the immediate vicinity of the charge of the aerosol-forming composition, in which the main reactions occur, allowing the formation of a fire-extinguishing aerosol with a minimal reduction in its effectiveness.
