Claims

1. A method for destroying flying harmful insects, which consists in using nets, aircraft, and electric power, characterized in that the nets are made of ultra-light electrically conductive material, reinforced with a durable insulating material, thereby preventing the movement of the conductive elements of the net until they touch and close the circuit, to which a high-frequency (over 100 kHz) high-voltage (over 6 kV) generator is connected, with the vertical elements being connected to the positive pole of the generator through one, and the negative poles of the generator are connected to the other elements, with the upper ends of the nets being secured to balloons, with the lower ends of the nets being insulated and secured to the ground along the protected object, and the balloons being secured to the ground with separate light cables at their maximum rise to a given height, and for the rapid rise of the balloons and nets, vertical guides are used, which are installed and secured separately,In this case, a cable held by an additional aerostat is used as a flexible vertical guide, and other cables from the additional aerostat are used as anchors, holding this aerostat at the same height from the ground, and this provides the ability to lift both each net independently and a certain number of them, while collectors of destroyed insects are installed under the nets, in addition, an air system is used to clean the nets.

2. A device for the destruction of flying harmful insects, containing nets fencing an agricultural object, electronic equipment, aircraft, characterized in that the vertical elements (threads) of the nets are made of an ultra-light material conducting electric current (for example, coal, metal tape board), applied to a mesh substrate made of an insulating durable material, while the vertical elements are connected to a high-frequency (more than 100 kHz), high-voltage generator (more than 6 kV), and the connection is made in such a way that the vertical elements alternate in signs, while the dimensions of the network cells and the magnitude of the generator voltage are selected based on the sizes of the insects on which the network is made, in the upper edges of which aerostats are installed, held by light cables secured to the ground and ensuring a rapid rise of the network to the calculated height, and the direction of the rise is ensured by vertical guides, which may be: a pole (mast), a pipe, a cable of an additional aerostat, wherein the aerostats connected to the nets have bushings mounted on vertical guides and providing sliding during the rise of the aerostats with nets to the set stop, and individual aerostats are made toroidal and without bushings, providing accelerated lifting of the nets, and the possibility of lifting each net independently, or all the nets at once, or a given number of nets is provided, while collectors of destroyed insects are placed under the nets, and a system of air blowing of the nets for their cleaning is installed on the device.
