Claims

1. A disassemblable heat exchanger containing: heat exchanger blocks (9, 10, 30, 31) containing steel heat exchange pipes (11) arranged parallel to each other and connected to each other by at least one non-separable transition (17, 28, 29) made with the possibility of turning the coolant flow by 180°, and flanges (14) installed at the ends of the outer pipes of the blocks, provided with openings (8) for threaded elements (16) and openings (24) for the flow of coolant, removable transitions (12) formed by flange and cavity elements, wherein said flange element is a metal plate (13) with inlet and outlet openings (25) for the coolant and openings (23) for threaded elements (16), and said cavity element is designed with the possibility of communicating the inlet and outlet openings (25), characterized by the fact that it contains adjacent blocks (9, 10, 30, 31) located next to each other are connected to each other by the mentioned removable transitions (12), wherein the flanges (14) of such blocks (9, 10, 30, 31) are connected to the flange elements of the removable transitions (12) by means of threaded elements (16) with the possibility of disassembling, so that the output of one such block (9, 10, 30, 31) communicates with the inlet opening (25) of the removable transition (12), and the outlet opening (25) of the removable transition (12) communicates with the input of another such block (9, 10, 30, 31).

2. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned tubes are provided with spiral fins of steel tape welded by high-frequency welding.

3. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned blocks each contain two steel tubes finned with a steel strip.

4. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the heat exchanger blocks each contain four steel tubes finned with a steel strip.

5. The heat exchanger according to paragraph 1, in which part of the above-mentioned heat exchanger blocks each contain two steel tubes finned with steel tape, and the other part of the above-mentioned heat exchange blocks each contain four tubes finned with steel tape.

6. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the said connections between the removable transitions (12) and the heat exchanger blocks (9, 10, 30, 31) are sealed by means of sealing rings (27).

7. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the said flange elements (13) of the removable transitions (12) are provided with grooves (22) for sealing rings (27).

8. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned flanges (14) are provided with grooves (22) for sealing rings (27).

9. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned blocks are connected to each other in batteries arranged in at least one row, wherein each battery contains at least one block, and adjacent batteries are connected to each other by means of the above-mentioned removable transitions (12).

10. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the openings (8) in the above-mentioned flanges (14) are provided with threads for threaded elements (16).

11. The heat exchanger according to item 1, in which the above-mentioned non-separable transition (17) is formed by a steel plate (18) with two openings (26) located in it, to which the ends of adjacent heat exchange pipes (11) of one block (9, 10) are welded and a cavity element in the form of a steel cover (19), welded to the said plate (18) in such a way that the cavity formed by the said cover (19) and the plate (18) communicates both said openings (26) with each other.

12. The heat exchanger according to claim 11, wherein the above-mentioned cover (19) is made of sheet steel.

13. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned non-separable transition (28) is made in the form of a curved steel pipe, with the possibility of turning the coolant by 180°.

14. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned non-separable transition (29) is formed by segments of a straight steel pipe, with the possibility of turning the coolant by 180°.

15. The heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned cavity element (15) of the removable transition (12) is made of sheet steel.

16. The heat exchanger according to claim 1, wherein the above-mentioned removable transition (12) is made of aluminum alloys.

17. A heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned cavity element (32) of the removable transition (12) is made in the form of a curved steel pipe, ensuring a 180° turn of the coolant.

18. The heat exchanger according to claim 1, in which the above-mentioned cavity element (33) of the removable transition (12) is made from segments of a straight steel pipe, ensuring a 180° turn of the coolant.
