A fuel tanker with an unloadable tank, comprising an automobile base chassis with a cabin, wheels, rails and a loading and unloading mechanism, as well as a tank having a neck, a neck cover and a mechanical breathing valve, with a technological cabin fixed in the stern part, and eyes installed in the bow part, characterized in that a technological pipeline, an electric unit, an electric pump, a filter, a meter, dispensing hoses wound on drums and refueling nozzles are installed inside the technological cabin, wherein the fuel tank, the electric pump, the filter, the meter and the dispensing hoses are rigidly connected in series by the technological pipeline, and the tank is designed with the possibility of loading onto the automobile base chassis and unloading from it.
