Claims
A method for creating an experimental model of paralysis of facial muscles with a defect between the ends of damaged nerves in rats, which consists in the fact that, in order to create the experimental model, the mandibular branch of the facial nerve was surgically removed, characterized in that a single-stage excision of 10 mm long sections of two muscle branches of the rat's facial nerve is carried out: the buccal and marginal mandibular, innervating the facial muscles, causing paralysis of the facial nerve with a defect between the damaged ends of the nerves.
