Claims

1. A continuous filling and forming device with a double mold according to claim 2, characterized in that the mechanism for moving in the vertical direction is configured to actuate the mold mounting part to move downwards a first distance, and then actuate the mold mounting part to move a second distance, and then actuate the middle mold to perform mold closing, and actuate the mold mounting part to move a third distance, then actuate the mold mounting part to move a fourth distance, and then actuate the head mold to perform mold closing.

4. A continuous filling and forming device with a double mold according to claim 1, characterized in that the mold drive part is designed with the possibility of driving all the molds to open after the second container is formed, and the vertical movement mechanism is designed with the possibility of driving the mold installation part to return to the original position after all the molds are opened.

A continuous filling and molding device with a double mold according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a power mounting plate, a left mold clamping plate, a right mold clamping plate, a left mounting plate of the main mold equipped with a left main mold, a right mounting plate of the main mold equipped with a right main mold, a left mounting plate of the head mold equipped with a left head mold, a right mounting plate of the head mold equipped with a right head mold, a left mounting plate of the lower mold equipped with a left lower mold and a right lower mounting plate of the mold equipped with a right lower mold; the left and right sides of the vertical power mounting plate are respectively provided with a vertical left mold clamping plate and a right mold clamping plate, which are designed with the possibility of horizontal movement to the left and to the right;the left clamping plate of the press mold and the right clamping plate of the press mold are respectively provided with a fixed left mounting plate of the main press mold and a right mounting plate of the main press mold; the upper side surfaces of the left mounting plate of the main press mold and the right mounting plate of the main press mold are respectively provided with a mounting plate of the left head press mold and a mounting plate of the right head press mold, which are configured to move horizontally to the left and to the right; the lower side surfaces of the mounting plate of the left main press mold and the mounting plate of the right main press mold are respectively provided with a mounting plate of the left lower press mold and a mounting plate of the right lower press mold, which are configured to move horizontally to the left and to the right.

A continuous filling and moulding device with a double mould according to claim 1, wherein the mould closing drive mechanism includes left and right rocker arms, left and right axes of the mould closing drive, left and right rocker arm connecting rods, a hinge support, a spacer rod, a power transmission unit and a mould closing drive electric motor; vertical axes of the mould closing drive are provided on the left and right sides of said mould closing power transmission support, wherein the left and right vertical axes of the mould closing drive pass through the left and right rocker arms, respectively; the left and right rocker arms are respectively connected to the movable hinge support by means of the left and right rocker arm connecting rods; the hinge support is mounted with the possibility of movement on the spacer rod and is connected to the drive electric motor for closing the mold via a telescopic shaft of the power transmission unit;the left and right rocker arms are respectively connected to the left and right groups of molds; the mold closing drive mechanisms of the three mold closing units jointly use two mold closing drive axes located on the left and right.

8. A continuous filling and molding device with a double mold according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanism for moving in the vertical direction includes a support for the power transmission of the mold closing, a lead screw for closing the mold and a drive electric motor for closing the mold; the drive electric motor for closing the mold is connected to the lead screw for closing the mold, and the support of the power transmission of the mold closing is formed on a movable nut of the lead screw for closing the mold, wherein the support of the power transmission of the mold closing is connected to the drive mechanism for closing the mold.

9. A method for controlling a continuous filling and molding device with a double mold, characterized in that it includes the following steps: first closing the lower mold to form a first segment of the continuous inflatable tubular blank to form the body of the first container, after closing the lower mold, activating, using a vertical movement mechanism, the drive mechanism for closing the mold to move it completely downwards a first distance, after forming the body of the first container, controlling the filling needle of the filling unit to fill the body of the first container with contents; then activating the vertical movement mechanism to activate the mold closing drive mechanism to move the mold completely downwards a second distance so that the filling needle enters a mold position corresponding to the body of the second container; then actuating the middle mold to close the mold so that the lower portion of the middle mold seals the body of the first container to form the first container, simultaneously with actuating the middle mold to close the mold, forming a second segment of the inflatable tubular blank over the first segment of the inflatable tubular blank to form the body of the second container, and during this process, actuating the vertical movement mechanism to actuate the driving mechanism of the mold closing to move completely downwards a third distance, after forming the body of the second container, controlling the filling needle to fill the contents of the body of the second container; then activating the vertical movement mechanism to activate the mold closing drive mechanism to move the entire thing downwards by a fourth distance so that the filling needle leaves the position corresponding in height to the body of the second container, and then activating the head mold to close the mold to seal the body of the second container to form a second container with liquid.

10. The forming and sealing unit of the continuous filling and forming device with a double mold according to claim 10, characterized in that the mechanism for moving in the vertical direction is configured to actuate the part for mounting the mold to move downwards by a first distance, then actuate the part for mounting the mold to move downwards by a second distance, and then actuate the middle mold to perform the closing of the mold, and then actuate the part for mounting the mold to move by a third distance, actuate the part for mounting the mold to move by a fourth distance, and then actuate the head mold to perform the closing of the mold.

The forming and sealing unit of a continuous filling and forming device with a double mold according to claim 10, characterized in that the part for driving the mold is designed with the possibility of driving all the molds to open after the formation of the second container, and the mechanism for moving in the vertical direction is designed with the possibility of driving the part for installing the mold to return to the original position after opening all the molds.

The molding and sealing unit of the continuous filling and molding device with a double mold according to claim 10, characterized in that the part for installing the mold includes a power mounting plate, a left mold clamping plate, a right mold clamping plate, a left mounting plate of the main mold equipped with a left main mold, a right mounting plate of the main mold equipped with a right main mold, a left mounting plate of the head mold equipped with a left head mold, a right mounting plate of the head mold equipped with a right head mold, a left mounting plate of the lower mold equipped with a left lower mold and a right lower mounting plate of the mold equipped with a right lower mold;the left and right sides of the vertical power mounting plate are respectively provided with a vertical left mold clamping plate and a right mold clamping plate, which are configured to move horizontally to the left and to the right; the left mold closing plate and the right mold closing plate are respectively provided with a fixed left main mold mounting plate and a right main mold mounting plate; the upper side surfaces of the left main mold mounting plate and the right main mold mounting plate are respectively provided with a left head mold mounting plate and a right head mold mounting plate, which are configured to move horizontally to the left and to the right;the lower side surfaces of the left mounting plate of the main mold and the right mounting plate of the main mold are respectively provided with a mounting plate of the left lower mold and a right mounting plate of the lower mold, which are designed with the possibility of horizontal movement to the left and to the right.

The molding and sealing unit of the continuous filling and molding device with a double mold according to claim 10, characterized in that the mold closing drive mechanism includes left and right rocker arms, left and right axes of the mold closing drive, left and right rocker arm connecting rods, a hinged support, a spacer rod, a power transmission unit and a mold closing drive electric motor; vertical axes of the mold closing drive are provided on the left and right sides of the said mold closing power transmission support, wherein the left and right vertical axes of the mold closing drive pass through the left and right rocker arms, respectively; the left and right rocker arms are respectively connected to the movable hinged support by means of the left and right rocker arm connecting rods;the hinge support is mounted with the possibility of movement on the spacer rod and is connected to the drive electric motor of the mold closing by means of a telescopic shaft of the power transmission unit; the left and right rocker arms are respectively connected to the left and right groups of molds; the drive mechanisms of the mold closing of the three mold closing units jointly use two axes of the mold closing drive, located on the left and right.

The molding and sealing unit of a continuous filling and molding device with a double mold according to claim 10, characterized in that the mechanism for moving in the vertical direction includes a support for the power transmission of the mold closing, a lead screw for closing the mold and a drive electric motor for closing the mold; the drive electric motor for closing the mold is connected to the lead screw for closing the mold, and the support of the power transmission of the mold closing is formed on a movable nut of the lead screw for closing the mold, wherein the support of the power transmission of the mold closing is connected to the drive mechanism for closing the mold.
