Claims

1. A mobile device (1) for collecting and pressing waste, comprising: a) a container (2) for placing a waste bag, comprising side walls (3), a movable bottom plate (4) in the interior space and a first seal (5) on the opening (6), b) a closing device (7) comprising a second seal (8), wherein the closing device is configured and positioned such that it: - can be brought into an open position opposite to the opening (6) of the container (2), so that the opening (6) of the container (2) becomes accessible for inserting a waste bag, and - can be brought into a closed position with respect to the opening (6) of the container (2), so that the closing device (7) comes into positive interaction with the opening of the container (2), as a result of which the waste bag inserted into the container (2) can be sealed in an airtight manner with respect to the closing device (7) between the first seal (5) and the second seal (8), c) a device (9) for producing compressed air, d) a device (10) for creating negative pressure, e) a device (11) for thermally sealing a waste bag inserted into a container (2) when the closing device is in the closed position, wherein the device is located on the opening (6) of the container and / or on the closing device (7), and f) a device (31) for moving a mobile device (1), wherein this device is characterized in that: the closing device (7) comprises a suction opening (12) which is arranged on the closing device (7) in such a way that in the closed position the gaseous atmosphere can be partially removed from the interior of the waste bag inserted into the container (2) using the device (10) for creating a negative pressure, wherein the container (2) is airtight when the opening (6) is closed, the bottom plate (4) of the container is designed with the possibility of movement relative to the side walls (3), and also in the closed position in the direction of the closing device (7), wherein the device (1) comprises a device (14) for moving the bottom plate (4) relative to the side walls (3), and the container (2) comprises an inlet (15) for compressed air, into which compressed air can be introduced, which is produced using a device (9) for producing compressed air, in a controlled manner by means of an inlet valve (16).

2. The device (1) according to claim 1, in which the closing device (7) comprises a loading funnel (32), which optionally comprises a second seal (8) at the narrowed end, a loading lid (33), which closes the loading funnel (32) at the widened (upper) end, preferably in an airtight manner, and optionally a device (21) for perforating the waste bag.

3. The device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, in which the device (14) for moving the lower plate (4) is driven by compressed air, which is produced by the device (9) for producing compressed air.

4. A device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, which is configured in such a way that the compressed air used for the device (14) for moving the lower plate (4) can also be directed into the inlet opening (15) in an adjustable manner by means of an inlet valve (16).

5. A device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the means (14) for moving the bottom plate are pneumatically actuated and preferably comprise one or more pneumatic cylinders or one or more pneumatic tanks.

6. A device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, in which the means (10) for creating negative pressure, preferably a vacuum pump, are located in the closing means (7).

7. A device (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the device (10) for creating negative pressure comprises a filter, preferably a carbon filter, and / or a liquid sensor.

8. A device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the closing device (7), preferably in the loading lid (33), comprises a device for irradiating the interior of the container with ultraviolet light.

9. A device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the device comprises a device (17), preferably a clamping frame, for fixing the waste bag in relation to the opening (6) of the container.

10. A device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the device comprises a means for moving the device, preferably tyres, rollers or ball bearings.

11. A method for collecting and pressing waste, which includes the step of removing a portion of the gaseous atmosphere from a waste bag containing the waste, while simultaneously mechanically compressing the waste bag and applying ambient air pressure to the waste bag, wherein the method uses a device (1) according to any one of paragraphs 1-10.

12. The method according to claim 11, in which, before the step of removing a portion of the gaseous atmosphere from the waste bag containing the waste, with simultaneous mechanical compression of the waste bag and the action of ambient air pressure on the waste bag, a preceding step is carried out in which only the waste bag is subjected to mechanical compression, and then an additional removal of the first portion of the gaseous atmosphere from the waste bag is carried out.

The method according to any one of claims 11 or 12, in which, prior to the step of removing a portion of the gaseous atmosphere from a waste bag containing waste, with simultaneous mechanical compression of the waste bag and the action of ambient air pressure on the waste bag, the waste bag is closed by means of a part of the bag or a separate part of the waste bag by pressing on this part, wherein this part of the bag or a separate part of the waste bag is perforated, and a portion of the gaseous atmosphere is removed from the waste bag through the perforation hole.

14. The method according to any one of paragraphs 11-13, further comprising the step of closing the waste bag using heat sealing during or after removing a portion of the gaseous atmosphere from the waste bag.
