Claims
1. Use of a compound of formula I: (formula I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the preparation of a medicinal product for the prevention or treatment of radiation-induced brain damage, where R1 is selected from H, -CN, fluorine, chlorine, C 1-10 alkyl, fluoro- or chlorine-substituted C 1-10 alkyl, C 1-10 alkoxy, fluorine- or chlorine-substituted C 1-10 alkoxy and C 3-10 cycloalkyl.
2. Use according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the radiation dose for radiation-induced brain damage is 50 Gy or more.
3. The use according to paragraph 1 or 2, characterized in that the radiation-induced brain damage is radiation-induced brain damage caused by gamma radiation.
4. The use according to any one of paragraphs 1-3, characterized in that the radiation-induced brain damage is early-delayed radiation-induced brain damage or late-delayed radiation-induced brain damage.
5. The use according to any one of paragraphs 1-3, characterized in that the radiation-induced brain damage is the edema stage or the necrosis stage of late delayed radiation-induced brain damage.
6. The use according to claim 1, characterized in that R1 is H, -CHCH2CH3, -CH(CH3)2, -CH(CH2)3CH3 or -CH(CH3)(CH2)3CH(CH3)2.
