Abstract

The water supply line of an automated car wash, which includes spray nozzles, nozzle branch pipes, hoses from the main pipeline to the nozzle branch pipes, nozzle branch pipe switches, the main pipeline from the pump to the hose branch pipes, distributed for nozzles with an output diameter of 2.0 to 2.8 mm in the following ratio: injectors from 2.0 to 2.8 mm, quantity from 10 to 80 pcs., sleeve diameter from 12 mm to 20 mm, quantity from 2 to 12, main pipeline diameter from 10 mm to 32 mm, wherein the water supply line includes a pump with adjustable capacity, a pump capacity regulator, which are interconnected in such a way that, depending on the water pressure, the regulator sets a certain pump capacity, namely from 400 rpm to 600 rpm for the operation of one hose, and from 1000 rpm to 1300 rpm for the operation of at least two hoses.
