The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that it additionally includes: determining a search parameter corresponding to a first template based on the first template, wherein the search parameter includes at least one of the following: a search range, a search order, or a list length, wherein determining the candidate list of block vectors corresponding to the current block based on the first template includes: performing a search based on the search parameter and the first template to determine a candidate list of block vectors.

5. The method according to paragraph 2, characterized in that determining the candidate list of block vectors corresponding to the current block, based on the first template, includes: defining a pre-set search area; determining, based on the search points in the predetermined search area, the costs of matching between the matching templates and the first template based on the predetermined matching criterion, wherein each of the matching templates corresponds to a corresponding one of the search points in the predetermined search area; and determining a candidate list of block vectors based on matching costs.

6. The method according to paragraph 5, characterized in that determining the candidate list of block vectors based on the comparison costs includes: determining N matching costs among the matching costs between the matching patterns and the first pattern, where N is an integer greater than 0; and determining a candidate list of block vectors based on the block vectors and candidate templates corresponding to N matching costs.

7. The method according to paragraph 5, characterized in that it additionally includes: traversing search points in a predetermined search area based on a first search step size to determine initial block vectors and initial matching templates, wherein each of the initial block vectors corresponds to a respective one of the initial matching templates; determining a first search space based on the initial matching patterns, wherein the first search space is smaller than a predetermined search space; and traversing the search points in the first search region based on the second search step size to determine a candidate list of block vectors, wherein the first search step size is greater than the second search step size.

8. The method according to paragraph 2, characterized in that it additionally provides for the following: the first template at least comprises a first candidate template, a second candidate template, and a third candidate template; performing a search based on a first candidate template to determine a first list corresponding to the first candidate template; performing a search based on the second candidate template to determine a second list corresponding to the second candidate template; performing a search based on the third candidate template to determine a third list corresponding to the third candidate template; and adjusting the first list based on at least one of the second list or the third list to determine a candidate list of block vectors.

9. The method according to paragraph 8, characterized in that the adjustment of the first list for determining the candidate list of block vectors includes: determining the first initial position corresponding to the second list; and adding block vectors in the second list to the first list based on the first initial position to obtain a candidate list of block vectors.

10. The method according to paragraph 8, characterized in that the adjustment of the first list for determining the candidate list of block vectors includes: determining the second initial position corresponding to the third list; and adding block vectors in the third list to the first list based on the second initial position to obtain a candidate list of block vectors.
