A device for collecting bile, filtering it, sterilizing it, and metering its return to the digestive tract in patients with external biliary fistulas, containing a biliary drainage installed under ultrasound control, a percutaneous gastrostomy, connected in series with each other using a tube, while it is additionally equipped with a mini-pump, a filter for cleaning and sterilizing bile, a clamp for limiting the speed of bile flow, the clamp is installed in front of the bile collector, and the mini-pump, a filter for cleaning and sterilizing bile and an anti-reflux valve - after it, with the ability to evacuate bile in one direction - into the gastroduodenostomy and the ability to introduce the required volume of bile, which is indicated by marks on the bile collector.
