Claims

1. An integrated microcircuit with luminescent cooling, comprising a housing, a housing cover, a crystal with active and passive electrical and electronic structural elements, and housing leads that ensure the operation of the microcircuit, characterized in that the cooling of its crystal is carried out using a securely attached crystal of crystal phosphorus with a high energy output, i.e., the effective conversion of heat into radiation dissipated in the surrounding space.

An integrated microcircuit according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the radiation of the crystal phosphor, whatever its wavelength, is converted into radiation that is harmless to the human user, the surrounding components of the printed circuit board of the system and the microcircuit itself with the help of any suitable phosphor installed in its housing around the crystal phosphor, and a mirror placed between the crystal phosphor and its crystal and reflecting all radiation directed at its crystal, providing reliable protection from it.
