Claims
1. A device for taking samples of sheet material, characterized in that it includes a sheet material cutting unit and a group of support plates, under which a sample collection zone is located, wherein said group of support plates includes first and second support plates, sequentially located along the direction of movement of the sheet material, both support plates are pivotally mounted under said sheet material cutting unit and are connected to corresponding rocking drive mechanisms, which allows them to occupy both a support position suitable for supporting the sheet material, and a retraction position into which they are lowered relative to the support position, wherein the direction of retraction of said first support plate downwards is counterclockwise, and the direction of retraction of said second support plate downwards is clockwise.
2. A device for taking samples of sheet material according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the working position of said sheet material cutting unit is located between said first and said second support plates.

A device for taking samples of sheet material according to claim 2, characterized in that said sheet material cutting unit includes cutting equipment and a horizontal drive mechanism for moving said cutting equipment in a horizontal plane; said group of support plates also includes a tracking drive mechanism for ensuring tracking movement of both support plates along the X-axis relative to said cutting equipment.
4. A device for taking samples of sheet material according to paragraph 1, characterized in that said first support plate and / or said second support plate are made in the form of a pulley structure with a belt drive.
5. A device for collecting samples of sheet material according to paragraph 1, characterized in that a tray for collecting samples is provided in the specified sample collection area.
6. A device for taking samples of sheet material according to paragraph 5, characterized in that in said sample collection area a guide for feeding samples is also provided, on which said sample collection tray is movably mounted.
7. A device for taking samples of sheet material according to claim 1, characterized in that it also includes input and output transport units located, respectively, before and after the specified group of support plates.

A device for taking samples of sheet material according to claim 7, characterized in that said input transport unit and / or said output transport unit are equipped with a sheet material control mechanism that includes at least one of the following modules: a length measurement module for measuring the length of the sheet material, an end detection module for determining the position of the end of the sheet material, and a visual control module.

A method for using a device for taking samples of sheet material according to any of paragraphs 1-8, characterized in that it includes the following steps: when it is necessary to take a sample from the head of the sheet material, said first and said second support plates are moved to a support position, a sheet material cutting operation is performed, and after cutting the sample from the head of the sheet material, said second support plate is lowered, allowing the sample to fall into a sample collection area located below; when it is necessary to take a sample from the tail section of the sheet material, said first and said second support plates are moved into a support position, a sheet material cutting operation is performed, and after cutting off the sample from the tail section of the sheet material, said first support plate is lowered, allowing the sample to fall into a sample collection area located below; if it is necessary to cut the sheet material into measured lengths, the sheet material is fed to the sampling device, the said first and said second support plates are moved to the support position, after which the operation of cutting the sheet material into measured lengths is performed.

The method of use according to paragraph 9, characterized in that it also includes the step of: positioning of sheet material before cutting, whereby the main transport channel is used for preliminary positioning of the sheet material, and then for precise positioning the cutting equipment included in the sheet material cutting unit is moved along the X axis.
