Claims
1. A device for assessing the quality of flow cells and calibrating genetic analyzers for massively parallel DNA sequencing, consisting of two substrates and a gasket that form at least one internal channel, and fluorescent objects located in said channel, characterized in that the concentration of fluorescent objects per unit area of the surface of the device is different in different areas of the surface of the device.
2. The device according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the difference in the concentration of fluorescent objects per unit area of the surface of the device is formed by the different volume concentration of fluorescent objects.
3. The device according to paragraph 1 or 2, characterized in that the difference in the concentration of fluorescent objects per unit area of the surface of the device is formed due to the different thickness of one or more internal channels.
4. The device according to paragraphs 1 or 2, characterized in that different sections of one or both substrates have different transmittance coefficients.
5. A device according to one of paragraphs 1-4, characterized in that the fluorescent objects are a composition of fluorescent dyes with different spectral characteristics.
6. A device according to one of paragraphs 1-5, characterized in that the fluorescent objects are located in a photopolymer that polymerizes under the influence of UV radiation.
7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that at least one of the substrates is made of a material that is transparent to radiation initiating the curing of said polymer matrix, preferably made of quartz glass.
8. A device according to one of paragraphs 1-7, characterized in that nanocrystals of semiconductor materials (quantum dots) stabilized by ligands and / or encapsulated in a polymer or inorganic shell are used as fluorescence objects.
9. A device according to one of paragraphs 1-8, characterized in that the substrates have openings for filling the capillary with a composition containing fluorescent objects.
10. A device according to one of paragraphs 1-9, characterized in that opaque reference marks are applied to the inner or outer surface of at least one of the substrates, forming a calibration pattern for adjusting the focus and / or referencing the coordinates of the optical detection system.
