Claims

A method for isolating low-density neutrophils from human blood, comprising separating blood leukocytes into fractions of varying density by centrifugation in a density gradient, followed by extraction of non-neutrophil cells from the cell mixture using magnetically controlled particles that selectively bind to such cells, characterized in that the gradient component providing the required density is iohexol, and iohexol-containing gradients with densities of 1072 kg / m are used for centrifugation. 3 and 1080 kg / m 3 , and the main structural component of the surface of magnetically controlled particles used to extract non-neutrophil cells is polyacrylamide.
