Claims

1. A method for producing silicate aerogel comprising the following steps: (1) adding sodium silicate to sulfuric acid to form a gel and placing the gel in water for soaking to form a wet gel; (2) placing the wet gel obtained in step (1) in a modifying liquid and performing a modifying treatment under heating conditions, wherein the modifying liquid contains a solvent and a modifier; and (3) drying the modified wet gel to obtain silicate aerogel.

2. The method for producing silicate aerogel according to claim 1, wherein in step (1) the concentration of sulfuric acid is from 1.8 to 3 mol / l; and / or the volume ratio of sodium silicate to sulfuric acid is (3.8-4.3):

7. A method for producing a silicate aerogel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein in step (2) the modifying treatment temperature is from 105 to 130°C, and the modifying treatment time is from 8 to 12 hours; and / or in step (2) the heating rate during heating is from 2.5 to 5°C / min.

8. A method for producing a silicate aerogel according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein in step (2) the liquid evaporated during the modifying treatment is condensed and recovered.

9. A method for producing silicate aerogel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein at step (3) the drying temperature is from 110 to 120°C and the drying time is from 2 to 6 hours.
