Claims
1. An electrostatic dust removal device characterized by the fact that it includes: a first electrode tape and a second electrode tape having a strip shape; on both sides of the first surface of the first electrode tape, several first support projections are located, on both sides of the first surface of the second electrode tape, several second support projections are located; making contact and applying the second surface of said first electrode tape to said second support projections of the second electrode tape and winding the tapes leads to the formation of said electrostatic dust removal device.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first electrode tape includes a first substrate and a first conductive layer located on one side of said first substrate; said several first support projections are located on both sides of said first conductive layer, and the distance between each of said several first support projections and said first conductive layer is the same; said second electrode tape includes a second substrate and a second conductive layer located on one side of said second substrate; said several second support projections are located on both sides of said second conductive layer, wherein the distance between each of said several second support projections and said second conductive layer is the same.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that said first support projections are located in a direction transverse to the first electrode tape, and the width of said first support projections on the side located closer to the first conductive layer is less than the width of said first support projections on the side located further from the first conductive layer; wherein said first support projections located on the side farthest from the first conductive layer have an arcuate shape; said second support projections are located in a direction transverse to the second electrode tape, and the width of said second support projections on the side located closer to the second conductive layer is less than the width of said second support projections on the side located further from the second conductive layer; wherein said second support projections located on the side farthest from the second conductive layer have an arcuate shape.
4. An electrostatic dust removal device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that said first support projections form a single integral structure with the first substrate; said second support projections form a single integral structure with the second substrate.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 4, characterized in that after winding said first electrode tape and said second electrode tape, said first support projections and said second support projections on the first and second electrode tapes of the adjacent layer are arranged in a checkerboard pattern relative to each other.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 5, characterized in that the two first support projections, extended in a direction transverse to said first electrode tape, are not overlapped by the two second support projections, extended in a direction transverse to said second electrode tape.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 4, characterized in that said first support projections and said second support projections are manufactured using hot pressing or vacuum forming technology; said first support projection forms a groove on one side of the first substrate, and said second support projection forms a groove on one side of the second substrate; said first support projections and said second support projections have a support surface and an annular support side wall that externally surrounds said support surface; said annular support side wall is an inclined plane.
8. An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 4, characterized in that said first support projections and said second support projections are made of a hydrophobic material.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 4, characterized in that a safety gap is provided between said first support projections and said first conductive layer; a safety gap is provided between said second support projections and said second conductive layer; in this case, the specified safety gap is greater than 1 mm.
10. An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 2, characterized in that said first support projections and said second support projections are separate elements that are attached to said first substrate and said second substrate.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to paragraph 2, characterized in that the distance between two adjacent said first support projections on one side P1 and the thickness T1 of said first substrate satisfy the following relationship P1<35T1; the distance between two adjacent said second support projections on one side P2 and the thickness T2 of said second substrate satisfy the following relationship P2<35T2.

An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 2, characterized in that said first conductive layer and said second conductive layer are a conductive layer of a collecting electrode and a conductive layer of a reflective electrode, wherein the width of the conductive layer of said collecting electrode is greater than the width of said conductive layer of the reflective electrode.
13. An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 1, characterized in that it also includes a frame that has a central axis; said first electrode tape and said second electrode tape in the form of a spiral are wound onto said central axis.
14. An electrostatic dust removal device according to any one of paragraphs 2-12, characterized in that said first substrate and said second substrate are made of an insulating material.
15. An electrostatic dust removal device according to any one of paragraphs 2-12, characterized in that said first substrate and said second substrate are thin-film materials.
16. An electrostatic dust removal device according to any one of paragraphs 2-12, characterized in that said first conductive layer and said second conductive layer are made of a conductive film.
17. An electrostatic dust removal device according to any one of paragraphs 2-12, characterized in that said first conductive layer and said second conductive layer are printed onto said first substrate and said second substrate using conductive ink.
18. An electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 7, characterized in that the width of the support surface is W, wherein 1.5 mm ≥ W ≥ 0.5 mm.
19. The electrostatic dust removal device according to claim 7, characterized in that a certain angle θ is formed between the support surface and the annular support side wall, wherein 10°≥θ≥1°.
20. Air purification equipment, characterized in that it includes an electrostatic dust removal device according to any of paragraphs 1-19.
