Claims
1. An ultrasonic scalpel blade for an ultrasonic scalpel with a clamp, characterized in that it contains a connecting rod and a blade body sequentially from the proximal end to the distal end, wherein the blade is provided with a cut located on the connecting rod and extending towards the blade body; and the blade body includes a tissue cutting side, a rear cutting side, a first arcuate side and a second arcuate side, wherein the tissue cutting side and the rear cutting side are located opposite each other, and the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side are located opposite each other, wherein the tissue cutting side is configured to cut tissue and / or interact with a clamp for clamping tissue in order to achieve tissue separation and hemostasis; wherein the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side are located on two sides of the tissue cutting side, the tissue cutting side has a curved surface shape, the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side are perpendicular to the plane formed by the two sides of the curved surface shape, and the distal end of the blade body is offset relative to the central axis of the connecting rod; and wherein the rear cutting side includes a first cutting surface and a second cutting surface, wherein the first cutting surface is located between the first arcuate side and the second cutting surface, and the second cutting surface is located between the first cutting surface and the second arcuate side, and wherein the first cutting surface and the second cutting surface form a cutting edge.

An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear cutting side additionally comprises a first transition surface and a second transition surface; the first transition surface is located between the first cutting surface, the second transition surface and the cut, and the first transition surface is a plane formed by the first cutting surface, the second transition surface and the cut; and the second transition surface is located between the second cutting surface, the second arcuate side and the first transition surface, and the second transition surface is an arcuate surface formed by the second cutting surface, the second arcuate side and the first transition surface, wherein the curvature of the second transition surface is the same as the curvature of the second arcuate side.

An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 2, characterized in that the angle of the cutting edge is made in the range from 90° to 150°, the length of the cutting surface of the rear cutting side is made in the range from 10 mm to 14 mm, and the length of the transition surface of the rear cutting side is made in the range from 6 mm to 10 mm, where the length of the cutting surface is a projection of the length of the cutting edge onto the central axis of the connecting rod, and the length of the transition surface is a projection of the length of the first transition surface and the cut onto the central axis of the connecting rod.
4. An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to paragraph 3, characterized in that it satisfies the formula: where L1 is the length of the cutting surface and L2 is the length of the transition surface.

An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the blade body is the vertical distance between the first arcuate side and the second arcuate side, and the width of the blade body is in the range from 0.5 mm to 3 mm; the width of the blade body has a maximum value at the proximal end of the blade body and a minimum value at the distal end of the blade body, and the blade body is made with a width that gradually decreases from the proximal end to the distal end of the blade body; the length of the first arc on the first arc-shaped side is made in the range from 25 mm to 29 mm, and the length of the second arc on the second arc-shaped side is made in the range from 23 mm to 27 mm; the first vertical distance is made in the range from 3 mm to 7 mm; the length of the first arc-shaped side is made in the range from 16 mm to 20 mm, and the length of the second arc-shaped side is made in the range from 15 mm to 19 mm; where the first vertical distance is the vertical distance between the distal end of the blade body and the central axis of the connecting rod, the length of the first arc-shaped side is the length of the projection of the first arc-shaped side onto the central axis of the connecting rod, and the length of the second arc-shaped side is equal to the projection of the length of the second arc-shaped side onto the central axis of the connecting rod.
6. An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to paragraph 5, characterized in that it satisfies the formula: where R1 is the length of the first arc, R2 is the length of the second arc, L3 is the length of the first arc-shaped side, and L4 is the length of the second arc-shaped side.

An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 5, characterized in that the length of the blade body is in the range of 15 mm to 19 mm, and the length of the connecting rod is in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm, wherein the length of the blade body is the projection of the length of the arcuate side of the blade body onto the central axis of the connecting rod.

An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 7, characterized in that the diameter of the first cross-section of the connecting rod is made in the range from 2 mm to 3 mm, the height of the first end surface of the proximal end of the blade body is made in the range from 1.8 mm to 3 mm, the height of the second end surface of the distal end of the blade body is made in the range from 0.5 mm to 2 mm, and the width of the second end surface of the distal end of the blade body is made in the range from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; where the diameter of the first cross-section is equal to the cross-sectional diameter of the connecting rod, the height of the first end surface is the vertical distance between the tissue cutting side and the rear cutting side in the proximal position of the blade body, the height of the second end surface is the vertical distance between the tissue cutting side and the rear cutting side at the distal position of the blade body, and the width of the second end surface is the width of the distal end of the blade body.
9. An ultrasonic scalpel blade according to claim 8, characterized in that it satisfies the formula: where L5 is the length of the blade body, L6 is the length of the connecting rod, d2 is the diameter of the first cross-section, d3 is the height of the first end surface, and d4 is the height of the second end surface.
10. An ultrasonic scalpel comprising a clamp, an ultrasonic scalpel blade according to any one of claims 1-9, a blade shaft, a transducer and a cannula, characterized in that the blade includes a connecting rod and a blade body, the connecting rod is located at the distal end of the blade rod, and the blade body is located at the distal end of the connecting rod; and wherein the proximal end of the blade shaft is connected to the transducer, the cannula is formed outside the blade shaft, and the proximal end of the cannula is connected to the transducer, and the distal end of the cannula is connected to the clamp.

An ultrasonic scalpel comprising a clamp, an ultrasonic scalpel blade according to any one of paragraphs 1-9 and a transducer, characterized in that the blade includes a connecting rod and a blade body, wherein the blade body is located at the distal end of the connecting rod; and wherein the proximal end of the connecting rod is connected to the transducer, and the clamp is pivotally attached to the transducer in such a way that the clamp interacts with the blade body to ensure clamping of the tissue.
